UVA Library App launched

The UvA Library just launched its own app in collaboration with Ex Libris. All practical library information in one overview for students and staff.

With the app you can:  

• Search for literature in CataloguePlus
• See which books you reserved can be picked up 
• Check the opening hours of the library locations
• Find out where you can use any available PC
• Book a meeting room 
• Ask all your library questions via mobile or whats app
• See which (free of charge) library workshops you can subscribe to

There are also links to the general MyUvA App and the UvA Books website where you can buy, lend or sell books.

 

Downloading the app

• Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Search for: Ex Libris Mobile App
• After installation, type in UVA at Select Institution

Naturally, you can also access the mobile version of the library website on your phone via: www.uba.uva.nl The difference is that the new app provides your practical basic library information quickly in one overview.
